1. Definitions

  • Company, We, Us, Our refers to SeeYahBye Rentals.
  • Service refers to this website and related booking services, including reservations processed through Guesty.
  • Guest, You, Your refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
  • GuestyPay refers to the third-party payment processor used to collect and refund payments.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, booking a reservation, or submitting payment through Guesty or GuestyPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

3. Bookings & Payments

All reservations require valid payment authorization through GuestyPay. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers on our behalf. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Refund eligibility, timing, and method are clearly disclosed prior to booking.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Follow all house rules and occupancy limits
  • Use the property lawfully and respectfully
  • Avoid damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances
  • Comply with all local laws and regulations

6. Damages & Additional Charges

Guests authorize SeeYahBye Rentals and GuestyPay to charge the payment method on file for:

  • Property damage
  • Missing items
  • Excessive cleaning
  • Violations of house rules

Charges are processed in accordance with Guesty and GuestyPay policies.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or booking channels (including Airbnb or Vrbo). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service or cancel reservations immediately for violations of these Terms or house rules, without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the reservation.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or personal property.

Some jurisdictions may limit these exclusions; in such cases, liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. “As Is” Disclaimer

The Service and rental properties are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
