Hi there! We’re Bryce and Callie, and we’re so excited to host you.

Our journey started back in 2012 when we bought our very first home. Shortly after, that home — lovingly nicknamed “The Sensible Safari” — was featured on HGTV House Hunters while we were newly married. That experience sparked a passion for homes, design, and creating meaningful spaces that people truly enjoy.

Since then, we’ve moved multiple times, growing not only as homeowners but as DIYers, property managers, parents, landlords, and now short-term rental hosts and managers. Along the way, we’ve been joined by our Alaskan Malamute and our growing family — making every house feel like home.

What makes our homes special is simple: we’ve lived this lifestyle ourselves. We understand what travelers want, what families need, and what turns a stay into a memory.
